The first visual model for Ependyo’s decision loop has been published as an internal-facing diagram: Fractal Shells (Ben → Biz → Dünya → Kozmos).

The purpose is alignment: translating philosophy into a repeatable structure for prioritization, risk budgeting, and long-horizon planning.
