What is the Support Center?
The Support Center is the single place for general inquiries, operational questions, and investor-portal assistance. It also hosts lightweight documentation so answers stay consistent over time.
Submit a request
For requests, include: your name (or entity), the topic, relevant links/screenshots, and the outcome you want. We route your message to the right owner and keep an audit trail for follow-ups.
Tip: Put a short keyword in the subject (e.g., “Portal”, “Report”, “Access”) for faster routing.
Response times
We respond as quickly as possible. Timing depends on request complexity and verification needs. If something is time-sensitive, label it clearly.
Sign In
If you can’t sign in, first check: email spelling, password manager conflicts, and whether you’re using the correct portal link. If the issue persists, send us the timestamp and a screenshot of the error.
Investor Portal
The portal is where authenticated users access private materials (where available), updates, and selected reporting views. Access is permissioned per investor/entity.
Security
We treat access control seriously: least-privilege permissions, change logging, and cautious verification for sensitive requests. Never share passwords over email.
AUM Live
“AUM Live” is a quick status view. If you notice a discrepancy, include the exact page and what you expected to see.
Reports
Public reports (when published) are listed under Investor Relations. Private reports (if applicable) appear in the portal.
Data & accuracy
We prefer explicit sources and timestamps. If you’re referencing numbers, include the date/time, currency, and the page or file.
Privacy
We minimize personal data collection and use it only for legitimate business purposes. For privacy requests, contact us using the email above.
Terms
Site terms and legal notices will be published as the platform expands. If you need a specific document now, request it and we’ll provide the latest version.
