Up to the first $1M of controlled capital, leasing is structured as our primary deployment instrument because it delivers high risk-adjusted compounding: collateral-backed positions, short duration, and repeatable monthly cashflow.

• Collateral reduces loss severity: each position is tied to a specific asset; title control, valuation discipline, and recovery rights improve downside protection.
• Short cycle improves control: monthly collections shorten effective duration, improve liquidity, and create a measurable reinvestment cadence.
• Compounding through faster “capital turns”: reinvesting collections into new contracts increases the number of deploy-and-collect cycles per year, lifting the effective annual result.
• Operational learning at scale: higher transaction frequency produces dense data for underwriting, pricing, and collections—strengthening the system as the book grows.

That’s why leasing is our core instrument up to the first-million scale. As controlled capital grows beyond that level, we progressively diversify into longer-duration opportunities—while keeping the discipline built here.

Consumer needs loans can add short-duration, diversified receivables to the portfolio—when underwriting and collections are controlled. We keep this sleeve smaller (10%) while building data, models, and operational confidence.
